We thank you for the support and trust you showed in our services. We respect and care for our customers and, therefore, have designed a refund policy for them to ensure maximum customer support. If any problem such as unsuitability, manufacturing defect, ineffectiveness, incompatibility with your diet, or any related problem must be reported to our management first, and then, after approving your request, a refund can be issued.

You can call us during regular business hours, and our representatives will assist you with any problem of yours. We make sure to answer all your queries within the minimum time possible.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REFUND:

To ensure fair and sound procedures, we issue refunds, replacements, and exchanges only for products directly purchased from bipbippreworkout.com. We make it necessary for our customers to produce a receipt at the time of such procedures.

To be eligible to issue a refund, replacement, or exchange, your receipt must show that the product was directly purchased from BipBipPreWorkout. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from anywhere other than our official website.

REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS

We are sorry if our product couldn’t prove to be satisfactory for any reason. Here is our refund policy. If any of the following conditions implies and is approved by our website, a refund will be issued for the previously purchased product.

  1. Bip Bip Pre Workout proves that the product supplied to the consumer is defective.
  2. Duplicate orders were placed on our website.

While these conditions are guidelines, other refunds are also possible if the site management approves your request.

REFUND FOR SUPPLEMENTS:

Request for a refund, replacement, or exchange of products directly purchased from our website must be submitted to the BipBip Pre Workout service department within 90 days from the date of purchase. The products must not be more than 75% used to be replaced or issued a refund.

Once our management has approved your request (if it fulfills any of the conditions mentioned above or otherwise sounds valid), you will be informed through a phone call or an email about further details regarding the refund.

MANUFACTURER DEFECT

BipBipPreWorkout will only issue replacement or exchange of product purchased from other authorized retailers in case of a manufacturing defect. Our management at BipBipPreWorkout will analyze the product and verify its eligibility; they claimed to have a manufacturing defect and requested to be exchanged. If that is your case, please email us at sales@bipbipnutrition.com explaining your request within 30 days of your purchase.
